Asking for help can be one of the hardest steps to take when we’re looking to make meaningful changes in our lives. It’s so common to feel like our struggles aren’t “bad enough” or to think, “others have had it worse.” These thoughts can keep us from reaching out for support when we need it most. But the truth is, everyone deserves support, and no one should have to struggle alone. I believe that every person’s experiences are unique, and so are their paths to healing and growth. That’s why I take an individualized approach to therapy, focusing on what works best for you.
My specialties include Trauma/Abuse, PTSD, Women’s Issues, Life Transitions, Anxiety, and Depression. Using a Trauma-Informed and Empowerment-Based approach, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together as a team to help you process your needs and achieve the changes you’re seeking.
